I am a highly qualified mobile personal trainer & holistic therapist with an extensive nutritional knowledge based in Alnwick near Newcastle. I provide specialist instruction,support and motivation to individuals or small groups to achieve their fitness goals.
I operate across Alnwick, Ashington , Newcastle,Morpeth, Whiteley Bay,Cramlington as well as online so I am able to to tailor sessions around the clients needs.
With over 10 years experience I am deeply passionate about health and fitness, committed to continuous learning. I constantly refine my techniques and expertise.
I hold a level 3 accreditation as a personal trainer and Nutritionist and I am registered through the register of exercise professionals (REP) . Additionally, I am trained in first aid and have had the privilege of working with olympic-level coaches, shaping my unique approach to coaching .
